Christmas Decorations

So the transformation from Thanksgiving to Christmas has happened!

This is the Family room. This tree is for the kids. Pink and

silver decorations.

I cut out the Grandchildren names for the Ornaments.

We live by the beach so everything tends to be beachy.

I had to make one more stocking this year. I made it but, after the picture was taken.

The blue on the mantle was my tribute to the boys. and the only color I had left

to decorate with.

This quilt was once, one of my husbands Christmas shirts.

I thought the fabric was so cute. I cut it up & made this.

Just the hallway.

This is the old dinning room. Now we call it the Library. I took the

dishes out of the china cabinet and put books in there( the rest of the year).

But for Christmas this is what it looks like.

Holiday Shirts

My Sister always needs new shirts for the Holiday, So this is what

she got!

Her and a co-worker each got one.

Just used some iron on vinyl. Super easy!

Moments in time Mini

This is a design from "just a few designs"

Cover is a large flower I took apart, some plastic leaves,

 pearl bling and a couple of mini flowers.

This mini has so many places for journaling and pictures.

front page opens up and flips up.

 and has 2 tags

the tan flower I made from some lace.

This is the back side of the first page it opens up and has a tag.

I made the flower on the left, its a pull for a tag.

this is the pages opened up. more tags.

all the pages are made the same way.

each page has a tag that pulls out from the side.

I used a Martha Stewart punch here and there.

Butterfly is a Stampin up Die.

The last place is a piece of  accetate that will hold a photo.

The paper line was K & Co. Classic K Charlotte

Thanksgiving Decorations

The front door.

I cut and painted the pilgrims about 2 years ago. 

The door got a re-decorated wreath this year.

I decided to decorate the tree for thanksgiving.

We eat dinner in this room, so thought it would be nice.

This is my little thanksgiving display.

I have been collecting these houses since 1985.

Found this lantern at Ikea. Just added a couple of things to it.

The dining room table. The Turkey is a real Pumpkin, the tail & head

are wood cut outs and a little cloth hankie make up this guy.

The tall vase was from our daughters wedding, every Holiday it gets a new look.

A carve-able Pumpkin arrangement.

This is from my son, when he was 6 years old. He is 28 now.

 I put it up every year and send him a picture.

 He hates it!

Thats' why I do it.

Thanksgiving Cards

Here are a few Cards I made for Thanksgiving this year.

The leaf and border and store bought felt pieces.

just added a piece of paper for looks.

This one had a bow on it, but it fell off.

didn't notice until after the picture was taken.

I put it back on.

Pumpkin sticker

Ribbon and a foil leaf. Sentiment is a just right stamp.

Shape is a spellbinder die.

This one I backed the leaf with paper then cut it out.

The pumpkin is a raised sticker.

Tombstone Mini

I Bought this wooden box from Michael's last year.

Painted the thing and made a mini.

I  designed a holder on Design Studio to hold the tags I made.

Used a couple of Halloween cuts here and there.

This has a couple of rub-ons.

Scarecrow & cornstalk  was a cut out.

As is Frankie.

Pretty orange flowers.

Halloween thing is a button.

Pumpkin is a Brad.

Candy corn are puffy stickers.

The witch & shoes are buttons.

This mini really holds a lot of pictures.

Pumpkin

I bought this pumpkin sponge painted it a color I wanted then, 

Stippled all over it with glitter paint.

added a couple of leaves. and now sits on the Dinning room table.
